Prize Claim Policy

1. For everyone to have the same chance, a participant cannot win more than one prize within a 30-day period. In the event that a participant has participated in more than one contest and won more than once within 30 days, only the first prize drawn will be awarded, the winner will not be able to choose which one.

2. The winner has 14 days following the draw to claim their prize at the branch where the contest took place. In the case of an online contest, a representative of Distribution Alimentaire Aubut will contact the winner for pick-up details. The pick-up time can be extended only after confirmation with a contest manager at Distribution Alimentaire Aubut.

3. When claiming the prize, the winner must provide an official photo ID. If a third party is designated to collect the prize, the winner must inform a contest manager at Distribution Alimentaire Aubut, by telephone or email.
