Can the general public purchase from Aubut?

Absolutely. Our stores are open to the general public, and no membership card is required. Whether you're a business or an individual, you're welcome to shop with us.

Do you need a membership card to shop at Aubut?

No. Aubut is a food wholesaler open to the general public. You can shop freely in our Montréal and Laval warehouses without a membership card, while enjoying wholesale prices on all our food and non-food products.

Who can have a privilege membership card?

Everyone! Whether you are an individual or a foodservice professional (restaurant, caterer, café, hotel, etc.), you can join the Aubut Privilege Program and enjoy exclusive benefits on your food purchases.

What is the membership fee for the Privilege Program?

Membership is 100% free, with no annual fees and no commitment.

How do I create a customer account?

You can create your Aubut account online (https://www.aubut.ca/inscription?membership_id=1) or directly in store. The physical Privilege Card must be picked up in person at one of our two locations: Montréal or Laval.

What are the benefits of the Privilege Program?

The Aubut Corporate Privilege Program rewards your purchases by offering a cash rebate of up to $2,000 per year, starting at $10,000 in eligible purchases. The card is free, and rebates accumulate and can be used as payment on your future in-store purchases.

Do you carry organic, gluten-free, or vegan products?

Can I reserve a product before I visit?

You can check the availability of many products online. To reserve or set aside an item, contact our Montréal or Laval location directly through the contact form. Our team will be happy to assist you.

What should I do if a product is not available in store?

Some products are available by special order, depending on the quantity or type of product. Our in-store advisors can check availability, place an order, and inform you of the delivery time.

Why is there a difference between online and in-store inventory?

Our inventory changes quickly due to our high wholesale sales volume. A product shown online may have been sold recently. We recommend checking in store to confirm availability before coming in.

Delivery and Pickup

Do you offer home delivery? To which areas?

Yes, Aubut offers fast and reliable home delivery in Montréal and Laval for individuals, restaurants, and food businesses.

What are the delivery fees and delivery times?

Delivery fees are a flat $60 + taxes for serviced areas (Montréal and Laval).

Any order placed before 12:00 p.m. can be delivered as early as the next day, subject to availability. You can also schedule your delivery up to 10 days in advance for easier planning of your food purchases.

Do you offer in-store pickup?

Yes, Aubut offers in-store pickup at both Montréal and Laval locations.

Preparation fees are $15 + taxes, with a minimum order of $150 (before taxes).

Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. can be ready as early as the next day, and you can also schedule your pickup up to 5 business days in advance.

What should I do if my order is incomplete or damaged?

If your order contains a missing or damaged item, contact the appropriate store as soon as possible.

– For deliveries, reach out to the Laval location (delivery service).

– For pickup orders, contact the store where you collected your order.

An online orders manager is available every day from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. to assist you.
